Who is Mason Crest Publishers?

Mason Crest evolved from some of the key people responsible for making Chelsea House Publishers one of the leading young adult and reference school and library publishers. We were able to bring major academic names and institutions to the Chelsea House projects.

Our mission at Mason Crest is to publish core-related materials for grades K-12, books that are high-quality and unique to the marketplace. Our current catalog of 600 titles not only reflects but surpasses our goal of satisfying our valued customers’ needs.

With each series, we obtain the most proficient and knowledgeable editors, advisors, senior consultants, institutions, authors, and agencies to ensure the highest quality for our books. The Mason Crest 2006-2007 catalog contains many unique series. We also have created special projects in association with the Mayo Clinic, the Gallup Poll, Arthur Schlesinger, jr., Cambridge University, Foreign Policy Research Institute, Marian L. Smith (historian for the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service), and Massachusetts General Hospital.
